1. General
By commissioning design services, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions.
2. Payment Terms
EU-based clients:
- 50% deposit is required before work begins
- 50% is due upon completion before final delivery
Clients outside the EU:
- Full payment (100%) is required upfront before work begins
Work will only commence once the required payment has been received.
3. Non-Refundable Payments
All payments (deposit or full upfront payment) secure project time and cover work already invested.
Payments are therefore non-refundable once the project has started.
4. Scope of WorK
The scope of each project will be defined and agreed upon before work begins.
Any additional requests outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
5. Concepts & Revisions
Projects include a defined number of initial concepts and revision rounds.
Revisions apply to the selected concept and include minor adjustments such as color, typography, or layout changes.
Requests for a completely new concept, style, or direction are considered additional work and will be quoted separately.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide clear instructions and necessary materials
- Respond in a timely manner
- Review and approve work within a reasonable timeframe
Delays in communication may affect project timelines.
7. Delivery
Final files (including source files and high-resolution assets) will be delivered only after full payment has been received.
8. Right to Refuse Service
Nhmediadesign.com reserves the right to decline any order without telling any reason.
9. Copyright & Usage
All rights to the final design transfer to the client only after full payment has been completed.
Until then, all work remains the intellectual property of the designer.
10. Cancellation
If the client cancels the project after work has begun, any payments made are non-refundable.
11. Liability
The designer is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the final design.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with a project, the client confirms that they have read and agreed to these terms.
